To Our Most Valued Patients:
In an effort to help us protect you, other patients, your family/friends, and our staff, we are initiating some important new protocols in order to address COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Please know that we will be screening every patient and visitor trying to come into our office. In this regard if you or any visitor have a fever or have had a fever in the last two weeks, if you are experiencing a new shortness of breath, dry cough, have felt lethargic or sick in the last two weeks, then we respectfully ask that you contact your primary care/personal physician; or go to an urgent care or ER as you will be turned away from our office. Also, if you have been out of the country or attended a gathering of 250 people or more within the last two weeks, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please call us to reschedule your appointment at a later time once you have been feeling well for at least two (2) weeks.
If the above, does not apply, then we are requesting that you either come alone or bring one person if needed for transport, translation, and or severe condition. Siblings will need to be left at home. Anyone coming with more than one person with them that is not being seen as a patient, will be asked to wait outside. If unable, your appointment will be rescheduled.
It is a challenging time for all of us and we thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to continuing your care.
